Hi! I recently bought a 2026 Tacoma TRD at Ventura Toyota. Manuel Cosio was the person that helped me out and provided excellent customer service! He showed me different Tacoma's and explained the differences between them. That really helped me out on choosing the best one for me. We went on a test drive and it was a great! Definetely recommend buying cars from Ventura Toyota, and if you want a realiable and bilingual person there, you can ask for Manuel Cosio!

I had such a great experience here! The first time I came in, Jaden helped me go over all the numbers and answered my questions while I was figuring out exactly what I wanted. When I came back, Jaden was busy, so Ramon stepped in and was just as helpful. They didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, but they went out of their way to find one for me in the LA area and had it delivered to the dealership the very next morning! One of my favorite little parts of the experience was when I mentioned I was sad they didn't have a bow to put on the car for pictures Jaden literally went searching to see if he could find one and came back with the cutest bow for it. It was such a small gesture, but it made picking up my first brand-new car feel even more special. Thank you Jaden and Ramon for making the whole experience so easy and memorable. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating you both were, and I'm so happy with my new car!

Quick professional interactions and wait time.

Pulled up with my buddy to get my first car and was immediately greeted with some of the most positive energy from one of their newer salesmen Jayden. My man showed me a few cars and was knowledgeable about the systems and engines. Barely had to do too much because he and the staff there had all my needs handled before I even realized there was any sort of mix up on my end. They take responsibility for their mistakes and have the patience of saints. If you want to buy a car here and feel comfortable I highly recommend this place. Lovely and energetic staff that can help you out with anything you might run into.

Service advisor, Emilio and Ventura Toyota took care of me and the brake issue I was experiencing. They took time to inspect and provide a resolution for the problem and I appreciate that they did not try to charge me for something that wasn’t wrong with my car. I will come back because they know how to treat their customers.

I purchased my Toyota BZ at Ventura Toyota. My sales associate was Efram Garcia. I couldn't ask for a better associate to introduce me to my new car. He explained the features of my electric vehicle in detail. He was patient and very through. I know he will assist me if I have any more questions.

They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day at 7:30 a.m. We also received a discount, which was greatly appreciated. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. Emilio, the service advisor who assisted me was helpful and professional from the beginning. He kept me informed and contacted me as soon as the car was ready. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I also received text updates from Toyota throughout the process, including the final invoice via a text link and a hard copy.
