I had inquired about a new RAV4 through Ventura Toyota's website. Jim reached out to me within 30 minutes of my inquiry, and we were able to set up a meeting for the following day. He was incredibly helpful and courteous through the entire transaction process. On the finance side Josh was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. I've purchased multiple cars from different dealerships and never felt any desire to return to those dealerships, however if we are ever in the market for another Toyota we will definitely be back to Ventura Toyota and Jim if he's available.

I was in the midst of purchasing a used car from another dealership when something told me I should look one more time for a better deal. Found a brand new Corolla online at Ventura Toyota for the price of the used Corolla I almost purchased at the other dealership. No markup, no hidden fees, no extras that you don’t want. Ventura Toyota did not have the car I wanted so they called another dealership who did and traded one of their cars to get mine. The car came in less than 24 hours. Paid MSRP plus tax. If you are heading to Ventura Toyota, you need to ask for Josh. Upgrading from my 2014 Tacoma, I knew exactly what I wanted, but it wasn't an easy configuration to find: a 2026 Tundra SR5 with the 6.5' bed and the TRD package. Instead of trying to push me into something on the lot, Josh put in the time and effort to help me custom build exactly what I needed. He was incredibly patient, super helpful, and kept me constantly updated as the truck went through the entire build process. It is rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile for a hard-to-get model, but Josh nailed it. Highly recommend!
