I reached out to Toyota of Ventura to have my car repaired. Their estimate was much more reasonably priced thanToyota of Santa Barbara. They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day at 7:30 a.m. We also received a discount, which was greatly appreciated. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. Emilio, the service advisor who assisted me was helpful and professional from the beginning. He kept me informed and contacted me as soon as the car was ready. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I also received text updates from Toyota throughout the process, including the final invoice via a text link and a hard copy. It was so easy and fast to drop my car off and sign it in. Jennifer helped me as the service representative. She was friendly, polite and professional making sure everything was taken care of. The Service guys did a great job also. Everything was perfect when I got my car back and that was easy too.

My service rep is great. I am not sure what the service technician did, but my car was covered with water spots on the front end. Not just the front window (if he/she checked wipers) but over the roof and side windows. I just had the car detailed, and had to re-clean the affected areas. My car should have been wiped clean and dry by the service tech. Service time was good.

Jason Shaw has been my service advisor for the past few years. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend working with Jason. Also, I have always been very pleased with the service that I have received from the staff at Ventura Toyota since 2003, when I purchased my Tundra pickup there!
