Pulled up with my buddy to get my first car and was immediately greeted with some of the most positive energy from one of their newer salesmen Jayden. My man showed me a few cars and was knowledgeable about the systems and engines. Barely had to do too much because he and the staff there had all my needs handled before I even realized there was any sort of mix up on my end. They take responsibility for their mistakes and have the patience of saints. If you want to buy a car here and feel comfortable I highly recommend this place. Lovely and energetic staff that can help you out with anything you might run into.

Service advisor, Emilio and Ventura Toyota took care of me and the brake issue I was experiencing. They took time to inspect and provide a resolution for the problem and I appreciate that they did not try to charge me for something that wasn’t wrong with my car. I will come back because they know how to treat their customers.

They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day at 7:30 a.m. We also received a discount, which was greatly appreciated. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. Emilio, the service advisor who assisted me was helpful and professional from the beginning. He kept me informed and contacted me as soon as the car was ready. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I also received text updates from Toyota throughout the process, including the final invoice via a text link and a hard copy. It was so easy and fast to drop my car off and sign it in. Jennifer helped me as the service representative. She was friendly, polite and professional making sure everything was taken care of. The Service guys did a great job also. Everything was perfect when I got my car back and that was easy too.

My service rep is great. I am not sure what the service technician did, but my car was covered with water spots on the front end. Not just the front window (if he/she checked wipers) but over the roof and side windows. I just had the car detailed, and had to re-clean the affected areas. My car should have been wiped clean and dry by the service tech. Service time was good.
