I was in the market of buying a Toyota Tacoma. Our experience buying a car at Ventura Toyota was excellent. Jim McArdle listened to what we wanted and he didn't try to change our mind as to our needs. He answered all our questions and even pointed out details we hadn't thought about. At every step of the process he explained what was happening and what the purpose of the procedure was. Zolly is great, always super positive and uplifting when I arrive. They also have a great service plan. There's a small indoor playroom for kids. Wifi for anyone waiting as well as a TV usually set to the news. A very small number of outlets to plug in your devices while waiting. Check in for service is easy and they can usually handle a high volume of customers.
