Venessa was rude and disrespectful. She told me “ oh you’re one of those” as I asked for my car and she asked who my service advisor was and I didn’t know since my husband dropped it off. I guess I was bothering her as she was eating chips and salsa at her desk where everyone can see.

Several months ago my wife and I were walking onto the Ventura Toyota lot. It was Eddie's turn to greet walk-ons. We instantly clicked with him.
